PEAR GIN
Our award-winning craft gin is mixed with the perfect amount of bright, refreshing pear juice. The result is an incredibly easy-drinking, universally appealing spirit with bright flavours of juicy pear and a semi-sweet finish. Enjoy it with a splash of soda water, or, for even more fun, toss it in with some Prosecco or your favourite juice or mix.

GOLDEN SPRITZ
1 oz Capital K Distillery Presents Pear Gin
3oz Soda water
3oz Sparkling wine
In a wine glass, add an ounce of gin and fill the glass with ice. Top with prosecco and soda water. Garnish with a fresh lemon slice. Sip sip hooray!
PEARS PERFECTLY
(PEAR SIDECAR)
2 oz Capital K Distillery Presents Pear Gin
3/4 oz Orange liqueur
3/4 oz Lemon juice
Shake and strain into a Martini glass. Garnish with a lemon peel and enjoy!
PEAR COSMO
2 oz Capital K Distillery Presents Pear Gin
1/2 oz Lime juice
2oz Cranberry juice
Shake and strain into a Martini glass. Garnish with a lime peel.
GOLDEN BOY SMASH
2 oz Capital K Distillery Presents Pear Gin
1/2 oz lemon juice
Dead Horse 'Look on the Bright Side' dry cider (or any dry cider!)
fresh herbs and citrus
In a tall glass; muddle your fruit, herbs, gin and lemon juice. Fill the remaining glass with ice, and top with Dead Horse Dry Cider, or any cider you choose. Cheers and enjoy!
